Conference FAQ

I am a presenter, how do I access my session? 
The easiest way to access your session is via the "Event Hub" tab, The links there will take you to a "waiting room" from which you can enter your session. 

Will I be able to enter my session early to get set up as a presenter?
Yes! all sessions will be opened 10 minutes early to help presenters get coordinated. If you would like more time than that, please reach out to Brandon Springer. 

Will I be able to show video during my presentation? 
Yes! but please be sure to enable the option for us to hear your video as well. The option is available on zoom when you initially share your screen. 

How can I access the recordings of sessions?
All sessions that have been completed will have their link on the Event Hub converted to a recorded video. Our team is working hard to get videos uploaded as quickly as possible after each session completes. We expect many of our colleagues, especially those across different timezones, to attend via recording.
