Description

"Radically emergent and/or chaotic systems - those that lie beyond naturally complex systems, are not easily approachable. As Bayesian priors and self-credences relative to probability charts based on initial conditions, momentum, and boundary conditions, do not apply - Treverton's distinction between explicable and predictable puzzles, and outright mysteries - does. Accordingly, the Outline for the Presentation/Workshop consists of guiding participants through the following procedural steps, with each participant considering an unmet need/problem that they have in mind: -Recognizing, identifying, and defining unmet emergent needs -Initiating, developing, and maintaining a generous open-ended-ness -Tuning into the hunch: how intuitive disposition precedes logical proposition -Framing the hunch beyond the Quine-Duhem Paradox: 8 viable creative structural schema -Instantiating and rigorously exemplifying the concrete solution -Flexibly applying additional rigor, and generosity, as need be...
